Mason's 5th Buggy Birthday Bash

Happy Birthday to Our Bubba Doo....WOW...Five Years Old...my little guy has grown up so so fast!!! We loved celebrating you with family and friends this past weekend with a fun Birthday all about Bugs!!! Grandma Icenbice, GaGa and Uncle Scott all flew in for the fun.....we had a hard time with Charlotte's Rainy Weather but at the last minute pulled the party all together and enjoyed every minute of it before the storms hit!!! Mommy had so much fun making lots and lots of Buggy treats and a Big thanks to GaGa and Pa for Both cutting out and painting the most Awesome Giant Bugs to hang around the backyard. All the kids had fun searching for bugs with their kits and eating some fun buggy deserts!!! Happy 5th Birthday Mason...we love you so much!!!

Moving on Up to a Family of 5!!!!

Yes, we are so excited to share that come October 5th, 2011 we will now be a family of five!!! Mason was thrilled to find out that mommy has a baby in her tummy...In his own words "That will be perfect because we have 3 carseats!!!, Will it be a Brother or a Boy???" Mommy: Well we do not know what it is yet" Mason: "Well Mom, that part is easy, If it has long hair it is a girl and if it has short hair, a boy!!!!" HeeHee!! Well only time and a good ultrasound will tell but we are looking forward to seeing our family grow and what a wild year of changes this will be for our little family, Mason off to Kindergarten, a new baby on the way....we are sure blessed in so many ways!!!

My Friend Gianna and The Chickens

Last week Carissa had so much fun at her friend Gianna's house. They played and had the best time outside feeding the chickens. Carissa loved the pink coop and even got to gather the eggs they had laid the night before. Carissa loves Gianna and can't wait to have another playdate soon!!!

A Spring Shower for LifeGroup Girls

This past Sunday we had a shower at our home for Addie and Sara...two of our Lifegroup Mommies that are expecting at the beginning of April. They chose a pink and green theme and I had fun making some cute little diaper cakes and some other fun favors for the special occasion. The girls had a nice time and all of the food everyone made was delicious...can't wait to meet their new little blessing in just a few short weeks!!!

St Patricks Parade in Uptown Charlotte

This past weekend the kids had a wonderful time watching all the festivities on the streets of Charlotte. They had a great St Pattys parade complete with decorated floats, Dressed up clowns and dogs and even some fun green beads and candy for the kids....they sat so well for the entire 2 hour parade and enjoyed every minute of it. We are lucky to live in such a fun city!!!

3 Years of Good Luck

It has been 3 fun years that we have been lucky enough to play with our friends Izzy and Clara on St. Patrick's Day. Check out how cool it has been to watch them grow into these sweet Little Girls....I hope we will be able to keep this tradition with the coming years!!!! Love these girls!!!

Maggie Moos St Patty's Day Playdate

We had so much fun when our friends Izzy and Clara came over for our Annual playdate on St. Patrick's Day...so hard to believe it has been 3 years in a row now and the girls have gotten so big!!!! They had fun playing and a some yummy lunch before heading to meet our friend Gianna at Maggie Moos Ice Cream Parlor for a playdate filled with St. Patricks Crafts and delicious Ice Cream:) The girls all had a great time and thank you to Chemeeka for organzing for us!!! What a great Green Day...Happy St Patricks 2011!!!!

The kids had a fun filled morning of finding messes by the Leprechaun, frosting green cupcakes for school and enjoying some fun St. Pattys Playdates. The weather in Charlotte today was mid 70's and beautiful for playing outside. Mason had a fun celebration at school and Carissa had her annual Galbraith/Clark St. Patty's Playdate today...Happy Green to all our friends and family!!!
