Egg Hunt at Cameron Wood and Church

The kids loved hunting for eggs this morning with their friends. The weather was beautiful and they loved the Bunny at Our neighborhood clubhouse...they were not that sucessful at finding eggs though..Carissa found 1 egg and Mason 4 eggs...Im not sure if they really had enough this year for all the kids in the neighborhood. Luckily the church egg hunt turned up much better in terms of eggs/candy the kids came home with!!! There were tons and they also enjoyed the bean bag toss games and hot dog lunch the church had. Ryder had one plastic green egg that kept him happy the entire time... Loved spending this day with my family and enjoying the kids....later this afternoon we had a house showing so it gave us a good chance to check out our new neighborhood park!!! Off to sleep to see if the bunny visits our house!!

Easter Egg Coloring with the Kids

This morning we had a great time trying to color eggs with 3 kids! Mommy had everything organized and ready but once things begin so does the chaos. We tried a new Pinterest Recipe where you mix oil, vinegar and food coloring to marble dye eggs. Some worked a bit, some were just a mess and some the kids mixed and mixed until they were special all in their own way:) Ryder sure loved the eggs and could not help but eat every one he got his cute little hands on:) They were not the prettiest eggs but the kids love them and it was so fun to see them make them all on their own this year!

Fun at Carowinds 2012

This afternoon was a hot one for April, so we decided it would be a nice idea to take the kids to Carowinds for the first time this season to ride a few rides. Ryder loved riding the horses with Carissa...Mason had a blast going on the Roller Coaster with Daddy and they also loved the boats, train, and helicopters. Looking forward to more fun times at Carowinds as the weather continues to get warm, we headed home with some Chik-Fil-a and baths for all!! We love Spring Break...
