This is our Favorite trip of the year: To See the Santa at Blacklion. They have the cutest Winter Wonderland set up for the kids complete with old fashioned cars decorated for Christmas, singing mechanical bears, letter writing stations to Santa, elves, frosty the snowman and gingerbread men parading in, Mrs. Claus serving cookies and hot chocolate from her gingerbread house and of course the big guy himself, Santa!!!! This is put on by the United State Marine Corps and is an awesome free event for the kids in addition to a wonderful toys for Tots campaign. It snowed bubbles for the kids and they enjoyed writing their names on Santa's good list of little boys and girls:) Carissa didnt cry this year in the hopes of getting that long awaited Candy cane from Santa and thankfully mason asked for Money and a Guitar this year which is far better than the Swords and Sharp Shooters he requested last Christmas:)
