Today Darren surprised us by getting to leave work a little early for the upcoming Memorial Holiday weekend so we decided to battle the crowds and take the Light Rail to uptown Charlotte to participate in Speed Street. Speed Street is a celebration/gearing up ritual for the annual Coca Cola 600 NASCAR Race we host each year. They have sponsers and drivers signing autographs...lots of food and a little fun for the kids as well. Despite the crowds we did have some fun in the big city!!!
Wow! You little guys are sure lucky to have such a great mommy and daddy! How much fun you are all having! Mason I can't believe you didnt try to eat the oreo man!
ReplyDeleteIt look like a fun night. I love your new header picture. Carissa is too cute in pig tails. Mason is also such a sweet big brother to hold Carissa hand. I'm counting down the days until school is over. Will have to plan a pool day soon.
